Become your own web Expert - keep all your website contents current and provide your site visitors with an extensive range of features!

Content Creation and Authoring

• User friendly content editing. Add/Edit text, images, pages and a range of other specialised content in a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) environment enabling you to see how the content appears as it is edited.
• Centralised content administration. Expert is an online-based application that allows you to add content to the centralised repository for use in multiple places across your site. Changes can be administered centrally for site-wide updates.
• Multiple administration methods. The user-friendly interface enables editing in 2 modes. An "Explorer-like" interface and an "On-site" interface for complete ease of content update with an instant preview on the page.
• Flexible Content export. Content can be exported into csv, or xml formats for re-use or analysis in other systems.
• Cross platform administration - administer your site on Mac or PC using all standard compliant browsers.
• A range of available content formats. Update specialised content such as PDF downloads, software executables, flash movies, video files, 3D panoramas.
• Page caching. Enabling fast display of database driven pages.
• Content ordering - allowing content to be moved around the page quickly and easily. Also allows whole sections of content to be quickly and easily re-ordered.

Navigation

• Automatic site navigation generation. Enabling sites to be built with multiple levels. Expert also supports customised navigation methods such as drop down menus and flash menus.
• Real URL paths. These are nominated by the site administrator when building the site. All URLs are fully search engine compliant.
• Search - enabling searches to take place site - wide or within a designated sections of the site.

User Management

• Role based security allowing user permissions down to a very granular level. Ensuring Expert users only have access to authorised site content as well as authorised Expert sections and functions.

Layout Management

• Completely flexible layout control enabling Expert to be integrated into any design.
• Content can be assigned multiple templates enabling dynamic layout changes to site content, pages and page elements.
• Designer permission level allowing creation of new templates.

File Management

• Centralised management of multiple file types and digital files for use on your site. Thumbnail preview of image files.

Advanced Modules

• Form creator allowing feedback forms to be created using a variety of fields. Also include validation and configurable email address recipients.
• Database form creator allowing feedback forms to be created which are in turn submitted to the Expert Database for display within the system.
• Authenticated environment - allowing nominated sections of the site to be restricted to designated site users.
• Module creator allowing new modules to be created quickly and easily throughout the system.
• Extendibility - system can grow as your site grows making Expert a scalable solution that can administer large amounts of content.
