Expert Module Listing

Expert has an extensive list of modules that can be plugged-in when you need them. This allows you to still keep your website scalable - having the possibility of developing it easily as your company grows. This means that we can also enhance an existing module to suit your needs better, or simply tailor-make a new module for your company.

At the base level of all Expert websites are the core modules that handles the maintenance of your website. Expert also features additional modules that would assist you in maximising your true web potential. iSite prides itself in continuously developing new modules for Expert to suit the ever-changing demands of the Internet.

The following are available as standard modules in all Expert sites.

• Add Page - allows pages to be added to your site.
• Text editor - Word like editor enabling insertion and editing of text and images.
• Auto Menu - automatically displays links to pages within the site.
• Image - provides the facility for images to be uploaded from the users harddrive into Expert. Has a number of configurable image properties.
• Folder - Useful for storing information that doesn't need to appear on the site, eg notes, names on email lists etc.
• Container - Expert is container based meaning a page is divided into containers. Each container can be edited by adding or removing text, images, etc.
• Web Statistics - Get to know your site visitors by getting stats about the success of your website, such as traffic, page requests, length of page views, search engine referrals.

Navigation

• Search - provides site search functionality.
• Bread Crumbs Menu - provides a trail to follow back to the starting point of your website.
• Auto Sitemap - automatically generates a current sitemap.

Information

• News Article - enables news to be added to the site. This includes a title, summary, image and body text.
• Advanced News Listing - allows advanced display of news items including random display of news and time/date ordering.
• FAQ - enables answers to frequently asked questions to be added to the site.
• Staff Member - specific staff member module which enables addition of all staff details and email addresses etc.
• Forum/Bulletin Board - Improve your communication with your customers by allowing them to post questions online for you to answer. This module also allows you to add new updates / announcements that you want to communicate to your customers.

Interactive

• Form Builder - enables forms to be created on the site without any html knowledge. A number of form fields can be easily added to the site and form email recipients can be nominated.
• Print Page - extrapolates printer-friendly versions of pages.
• Send to a Friend - allows your site visitors to tell a friend about your website by sending an automatically generated email.
• Randomiser - enables any site content to be randomly displayed on a page.

Multimedia

• Gallery - enables galleries of images, files, flash movies etc.
• Flash File - provides functionality for addition of flash movies to the site.
• Movie File - provides functionality for addition of windows and quicktime movies to the site.
• Document Download - allows the site administrator to upload PDF's and Word documents for display or download on the website.

Marketing

• Registration form - enables forms to be added to the site which are in turn submitted to a database for display within the Expert system. It is an effective tool for your marketing strategy as it keeps you in touch with your existing potential clients.
• Promotion - provides a promo box element that can be added to a site in a prominent position.

E-Commerce

• Shopping Cart - the Expert E-Commerce Solution allows you to add products available for online ordering to your website.
• Product - displays product details along with an image.

Security

• Password Protected Area - allows sections of the site to be password protected.
• Multilevel User Rights - Impose a user-based privilege system with secure password protection that gives specific level permissions that can easily be applied to users. For example, "editors" can create and edit content within certain areas of the site, where as "administrators" can edit, add, delete and publish content.
